“Transferring cross-Atlantic thrice in my early years,

I spent a lot of my life with an underlying sense of homesickness.

This craving propelled me to create a way of ‘house’

inside my landscapes.

My biggest hope is that my work provides its viewers

this identical sense of consolation and connectedness;

a mild place to relaxation.”
